Pocket gophers can wipe out a vegetable bed, girdle a young avocado tree, and turn a lawn into a minefield in a matter of weeks. Moles do less damage to plants but leave raised tunnels across the turf.
We favor trapping because it is effective, verifiable, and safe around pets and wildlife. Ongoing programs are available for larger properties, HOAs, and small orchards.
Signs you have a problem
- Fresh crescent-shaped mounds of loose soil in lawns and beds

Trapping is our first choice specifically because it does not put poison into the food chain. When baiting is necessary we place it below ground where pets and raptors cannot reach it.
