Paper wasps build under eaves and patio covers all summer, and yellowjackets nest in the ground and wall voids where you least expect them. Both get aggressive in late summer and fall.
We remove nests safely and treat the area so the colony does not rebuild. For honey bees, we prefer to bring in a local beekeeper for live removal whenever the location allows it.
Signs you have a problem
- Wasps hovering around the same eave, vent, or ground spot all day
- Buzzing inside a wall or ceiling
- Paper-like nests under patio covers, play structures, or grill covers
- Yellowjackets swarming trash cans and outdoor meals
How we handle it
- Identify the species and locate every nest on the property
- Treat and remove nests, including wall-void and ground nests
- Preventive eave treatment during nesting season
- Coordinate live honey bee relocation when possible
