On the South Coast, pests never really take a season off. A service plan keeps a protective barrier on the home so ants, spiders, roaches, and occasional invaders are handled before they get inside.
Every property is different, so the schedule is built around yours: monthly, every other month, quarterly, or seasonal. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract, and if anything shows up between visits, we come back at no charge.

How often will you come out?
It depends on the property and the pest pressure. Most homes do well with quarterly or bi-monthly visits; heavily landscaped properties, rentals, and homes near open space often prefer monthly. We will recommend a schedule and adjust it as the seasons change.
Do I need to be home for visits?
No. Regular visits focus on the exterior. If you want interior service, just let us know and we will schedule a time that works.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time.
